Since 2000, Envision Plastics and Design has been producing high quality plastic fabricated products for a variety of customer types at a service level that is second to none. The capabilities we have in equipment and techniques allow us to create customer specified parts with tight tolerances and with a variety of plastic sheet materials.

Throughout this page and site, we have plenty of examples of plastic fabricated parts we have made for our customers. Some projects come to us with drawings and CAD Models, others are just a concept or vision put on a napkin. Regardless, we can help you bring your concept to reality. The steps in our processes are detailed within the links on the right side of this page. They inlcude:

CNC Milling - 6 CNC Routers of various sizes and abilities
Line Bending - 3 bending stations to allow for the forming of parts of many sizes and profiles
Solvent Welding - pneumatic needle tip solvent applicators allow for very precise location and quality welds
Digital Printing - with two Mimaki digital printers we can add any necessary labeling or branding to your parts - unlimited colors!

The materials used in producing our fabricated plastic parts range from chemical resistant UHMW, HDPE, and PVC; to an array of acrylics and polycarbonates. In addition to those more specific use plastics, we utilize ABS, Styrene, and blends of both to meet nearly any customer material specification.

*Envision Plastics entered the plastic fabrication market as a very unique fabricator using the No Molds Requried Technology (NMR). With this technology, Envision also produces an ambundant array of other custom plastic fabricated parts that includes complex electronic enclosures, housings, control panels, and various other plastic fabricated parts.
