Since our founding in 2000, Envision Plastics has specialized in the design and manufacturing of custom plastic enclosures at our facility in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Over the past two decades, we have contributed to the development of thousands of products and produced over one million parts. Our diverse customer base includes independent inventors, privately held OEMs, and Fortune 500 companies.
In 2025, we expanded our capabilities with our sister company, KDI Manufacturing. KDI focuses on electro-mechanical manufacturing and assembly, with a particular emphasis on medical device enclosures. Their services include cable harness assembly, CNC machining, industrial design aligned with ISO 13485 standards, and low- to mid-volume production—ideal for clients underserved by large-scale contract manufacturers.
